Synopsis

WAITING FOR YOU takes place in Heaven, where men aren’t allowed. Two men show up, and all hilarity breaks loose.

The sunny-side-up romp through the Afterlife tells the story of Bobby and Susie, married just two years before she dies. She eagerly anticipates her reward, stopping first at the Terminal of Sublime Awesomeness. Soon she discovers that Heaven isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

The colorful cast of characters also includes two of the four marquee saints, Mattie and Joanie; Dr. Jessie Christie; St. Pennie; Robby (Bobby’s lecherous dad); and a handful of other comedic cloud-dwellers.

NOTE: The musical is profanity-free, although there are a few suggestive, slightly risque, moments. The material is suitable for ages 16 and up.
